About the Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team at Parvana. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and engagement.

About the Client:
Parvana is a forward-thinking property management brand offering flexible, high-quality, fully serviced living spaces tailored to the dynamic lifestyles of urban explorers. With a focus on innovation and customer experience, they aim to redefine apartment living and hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a CRM platform to nurture contacts and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor and analyse customer behaviour to uncover trends and engagement opportunities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer personas, visitor journeys, funnels, CTAs, intent, and segmentation.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Head of Revenue, sharing insights on the performance of database marketing and newsletters.
  • Engage in social media management, website content management, email marketing, and paid media to drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience working in a digital content or marketing agency environment is advantageous.
  • Experience working with Canva, Asana, Google Docs, Dropbox, WordPress / Webflow.
  • Experience with Adobe Software would be beneficial.
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) would be beneficial.
