We're seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Digital Shift, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' online presence and amplifying their marketing and sales efforts.

As a key member of our content and SEO teams, you'll collaborate closely to elevate our clients' brands, ensuring they capture the imagination of consumers. Your creativity and tactical expertise will be instrumental in developing content that not only attracts new customers but also fosters loyalty among existing ones.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our services, promotions, and essential updates, captivating our audience and driving engagement.
  • Promotional Strategy: Design and execute monthly promotions that maintain relevance and compelling content, keeping our audience engaged and interested.
  • Visual Storytelling: Source, edit, and create outstanding graphics that visually represent our brand and enhance our social media posts, making them stand out in a crowded online space.
  • Profile Management: Optimize and manage our social media profiles across platforms, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence that maximizes engagement.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify trends, refine strategies, and increase overall engagement, driving business growth and success.
  • Calendar Coordination: Develop and manage a comprehensive social media calendar, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence that meets our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in social media marketing or as a digital marketing specialist.
  • Proficient in consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication.
  • Demonstrated experience with major social media platforms and familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of online marketing and major marketing channels.
  • Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, or English

This is a full-time, remote position, and we're looking for someone who is motivated, self-driven, and can meet deadlines while being responsive and connected using project management and team tools. Full/partial MST time-zone workday overlap is preferred, but not required.
