Sales Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Key Account Manager to join our team at Kontak Recruitment.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, managing pricing for tenders, and providing daily customer quotations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage pricing for tenders and provide daily customer quotations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with customers.
- Increase the distribution of products and services across various channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor pricing and strategies, and report on market trends.
- Deliver product training for internal teams and customers.
- Assist with customer account management and drive sales growth in low-cost housing, government projects, and other key sectors.
- Participate in stock takes and ensure adherence to health and safety standards on site.
- Completed commerce/business/marketing-related qualification.
- 5 or more years of solid sales experience specific to the building/construction, or roofing industries.
- Previous business development and aftersales/account management experience.
- Strong computer literacy skills: Google Workspace, Sage/ERP, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
