At Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our national key accounts management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • National key accounts management
  • New business development
  • Sales team management
  • Working closely with the production, design and supply chain team.
  • Setting sales targets
  • Pricing and negotiations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 Years sales experience
  • Technical Tertiary qualification essential
  • Sales or Marketing qualification is an advantage
  • Ability to manage and motivate sales team.
  • Unafraid of operating within a highly competitive market.
  • Be able to deal with basic technical challenges associated with the industry.
  • Knowledge of the polymer industry is an advantage
  • Experience in preparing budgets and KPIs for the team
  • Ability to compile and understand financial reports.
  • Communication skills – written and verbal – essential
