About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated External Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at FirstRand Bank Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply sales processes to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
  • Identify and develop solutions to improve service delivery and quality.
  • Work with enhanced processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiencies.
  • Deliver high-quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures.
  • Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within the team.
  • Maximize sales by selling packaged financial solutions to clients.
  • Drive adoption of digital and other self-service options across the client base.

Requirements

  • Completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or higher qualification.
  • Completed First Level Regulatory Examination.
  • Ability to execute work in accordance with organizational values and code of ethics.
  • Compliance with and adherence to identified governance and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work with enhanced processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiencies.
