Job Title: Luxury Senior Sales Advisor

At MSC Cruises, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Senior Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals through exceptional product knowledge and delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including luxury brands and products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving maximum sales results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Luxury Jewelry Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payments, maintaining a high level of cash handling skills.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and visual merchandising guidelines to maximize sales and productivity.
Qualifications:
  • Good PC skills, including Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in luxury sales or a similar role, preferably with experience in working with VIP customers.
  • Proficient speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, with a fluent level in at least two of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Chinese.
Documents Required:
  • Valid South African Passport.
  • Police Clearance.
