We are seeking a highly skilled External Sales and Service Advisor Lead to join our team at FirstRand Bank Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply appropriate sales processes to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
- Understand and anticipate market trends and client needs to design and deliver innovative solutions.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations through proactive and innovative solutions.
- Maximise business portfolio cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to drive sales targets.
- Comply with governance requirements and legislation.
- Source new leads and contact prospective clients to generate sales.
- Manage the end-to-end client management process, including sales, application, and post-sales queries.
- Monitor market trends and competitor information to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and control sales activities to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Completed a FSCA recognised FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 qualification or higher.
- Completed the First Level Regulatory Examination.
