  • Deliver the value proposition to clients effectively.
  • Oversee the product distribution strategy within your team.
  • Guarantee compliance with regulatory advice standards.
  • Identify and develop synergistic sales opportunities through teamwork.
  • Manage and action leads efficiently.
  • Initiate and promote marketing strategies within the team.
  • Optimize the use of leads and marketing campaigns.
  • Supervise the sales and expense budget for the Financial Advisors against set targets.
  • Conduct regular and productive one-on-one review sessions with each Financial Advisor.
  • Lead weekly team meetings to discuss sales performance and individual progress.
  • Address and resolve any issues or inquiries raised by Financial Advisors.
  • Manage performance evaluations and related matters.
  • Recruit and onboard new Financial Advisors.
  • Ensure Financial Advisors receive adequate training and meet compliance requirements.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning): Financial Planning (Essential)
