Business Development Executive

In this exciting role as a Business Development Executive at Tower Group, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies. As an Aluminum Window and Door Specialist, you will utilize your expertise to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute targeted sales plans to grow the business
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in the aluminum window and door industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to analyze data to inform sales decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
