Job Description:
As a key member of the Infotree Global Solutions team, the Account Management Specialist will focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships in the mining segment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to foster positive relationships with assigned customers.
- Support the account team in organizing customer visits and negotiations to drive business growth.
- Identify and address customer needs to ensure seamless contract implementation.
- Provide critical information to support negotiation and contract implementation.
- Cultivate effective communication with customers at all levels.
- Coordinate internal communication across sales roles and segments.
- Contribute to revenue and share growth within assigned accounts.
- Act as a champion for the customer's voice within the organization.
- Support projects enhancing customer relationships and value.
Qualifications:
A degree in marketing, sales, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Licensing may be necessary for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience in the mining segment is highly beneficial.
