Gap Consulting is seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

About the Role

  • We require a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in management, preferably within the Courier Industry.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent client service and sales skills, as well as experience working with Parcel Perfect software.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, which also requires contactable references and payslips.

Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement effective business growth strategies, driving revenue expansion and market penetration.
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • To work closely with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes that enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in management within the Courier Industry.
  • Excellent client service and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Parcel Perfect software.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Contactable references and payslips required.
