About the Role:
Armstrong Appointments is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and lead business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing new business opportunities and growing existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a business development unit to drive revenue through new business development opportunities.
- Develop a 3-to-5-year implementation plan to increase revenue for the business.
- Develop a marketing strategy according to trends and customer requirements.
- Responsible for staffing the business development unit.
- Conduct extensive market research planning and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Textile Technology, or Product Business Development.
- 10+ years of experience in business development and growth.
- Proven track record in building strong relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Aptitude in identifying new areas for business growth and development.
