Contact Centre Development Manager

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess strong training coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Contact Centre team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programmes that drive employee growth and development, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Main Job Responsibilities:Initial Training: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members and new products within the Contact Centre.Ongoing Development: Ensure continuous upskilling and improvement of Contact Centre employees towards delivering excellent service and patient experience.Leadership Support: Collaborate with the Contact Centre Leadership team and Contact Centre Operations to achieve business objectives.Education and Experience Requirements:Essential Education: Grade 12
Desired Education: Diploma/ Degree in Contact Centre Administration or Certificate in Human Resource Management/ Training and Development
Essential Minimum Experience: 4 years' contact centre experience and 1 year contact centre training or coaching experience
Desired Experience: 4 years' emergency contact centre experience and 2 years' contact centre training or coaching experience
Key Skills and Knowledge:- Training Material Development: Create engaging training materials and programmes.
- Effective Communication: Communicate and coach content to various learning needs.
- Coaching and Quality Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Healthcare Environment: Possess a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and PC applications.
- Policies and Procedures: Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and benefits across all product lines.
