Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Workforce Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and managing front-desk operations.
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Your friendly and welcoming demeanor, combined with your excellent communication skills, will make all the difference in delivering a world-class experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Managing reservations, check-in, and check-out processes, including handling cash transactions and credit card payments.
- Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, special requests, and preferences.
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceeding guest expectations.
- Providing information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, as well as making recommendations based on guest interests.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A high level of spoken and written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in hospitality, reception, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with guests.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Opera software or similar systems is an asset.
