New franchised workshop in Midrand, Gauteng is looking for a bi-lingual speaking lady whom will be at our font desk Receptionist to undertake all Secretarial/ Clerical duties at our Workshop. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

MUST have a valid driver's license

**Requirements**:
English/Afrikaans speaking.

Knowledge of Pastel Required.

Must have knowledge of car parts, ordering parts Debtors/ Creditors experience.

Will be assistant to Branch Manager.

Min. 5 years’ experience.

Excellent telephone etiquette.

Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.

Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer etc.)

Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.

Proficient in Afrikaans (oral and written).

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

Strong communication and people skills.

Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Problem-solving skills.

Customer service orientation.

High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 07:30-17:30 Sat 08:00-13:00
