Job Title: Payroll Administrator

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at TFG Human Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for payment processing, salary-related queries, administrative duties, data capturing, reconciliations, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prompt and accurate processing of salaries
  • Effective management of salary-related queries
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports
  • Reconciliation and verification of payroll data
  • Delivery of exceptional customer service to employees

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Solid knowledge of payroll principles and procedures
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Payroll Administration

Requirements:

  • Maturity (Matric) is essential for this role
  • HR Qualification is advantageous but not required

This opportunity offers a competitive salary of approximately R250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
