Payroll Administrator Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at TFG Human Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for payment processing, salary-related queries, administrative duties, data capturing, reconciliations, and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt and accurate processing of salaries
- Effective management of salary-related queries
- Maintenance of accurate records and reports
- Reconciliation and verification of payroll data
- Delivery of exceptional customer service to employees
To excel in this position, you should have:
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Solid knowledge of payroll principles and procedures
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Payroll Administration
Requirements:
- Maturity (Matric) is essential for this role
- HR Qualification is advantageous but not required
This opportunity offers a competitive salary of approximately R250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
