Requirements:

  • Matricualation
  • Payroll experience or qualification
  • Full proficiency in both Afrikaans and English
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing weekly and monthly timesheets
  • Creating and maintaining employee records in payroll software
  • Producing reports for payroll management
  • Maintaining records of employee advances and deductions
  • Resolving internal staff queries regarding salary discrepancies
  • Payslips creation and management
  • Capturing and maintaining employee files
  • Ensuring data compliance with the Data Protection Act
  • General administration and other duties as requested by management
  • Payroll reporting
  • Coordinating meetings for disciplinary management
  • Able to learn payroll systems
