Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our team at Top Vitae.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and flexible spending accounts.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations.
  • Provide assistance and support to employees regarding payroll inquiries and benefits-related matters.
  • Administer the biometric system, ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.
Requirements
  • Certification in Payroll (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional, CPP)
  • Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws and regulations
  • Proven experience as a payroll administrator or in a similar role
  • Proficiency with payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong understanding of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
