Business Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Administrator to join our team at DealersOnline. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new customers and maintaining the highest level of customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough client profiling for all new registrations, adhering to all risk measures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor active users daily to ensure they are FICA compliant and take corrective action as necessary.
- Provide support to the sales team for client onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on new registrations and daily monitoring, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Assist team members with training and development, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
You will build and maintain effective internal and external relationships with customers, suppliers, and shareholders, promoting business continuity and driving user retention and growth.
Personal Effectiveness and Communication- Maintain effective oral and written communication with customers and work colleagues, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to suggesting ways of improving performance and increasing value for all stakeholders.
- Treat each customer as the only customer, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Academic qualifications: Grade 12
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Work experience: Essential experience in customer service, computer literacy, and relevant sector/industry exposure
- Knowledge: Essential knowledge of DealersOnline, previous onboarding experience, and sound understanding of customer service principles
- Skills: Essential skills in communication, time management, self-management, computer, technology, and systems, administrative skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and exceptional customer service
