Job Title: Part Time Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part Time Receptionist to join our WAXIT Franchise Holdings PTY LTD team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to the store with a friendly and professional attitude, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Provide expert advice on all treatments and services offered by WAXIT, ensuring guests make informed decisions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell treatments and retail products to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
  • Accurately book appointments and manage changes, ensuring seamless communication with guests and therapists.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and accurate manner, resolving issues promptly.
  • Answer calls in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Conduct stock counts and inventory control, maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including accurate invoice filing and controls.
  • Complete daily cash-ups, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Maintain a clean and professional working environment, adhering to franchise regulations.
