Insurance Senior Call Center Representative

Job Summary
WNS Global Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Insurance Senior Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our insurance customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls and provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Process customer transactions, including payments and policy changes.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- High degree of patience and assertiveness, with the ability to handle difficult customer situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, working a rotational shift schedule, including afternoons and nights, Monday through Sunday. Candidates must have a reliable means of transportation and be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
