  • Respond to inbound customer telephone calls and initiate customer calls as needed.
  • Provide customers with accurate and timely information to resolve their inquiries.

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, adhering to underwriting and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and process payments as required.
  • Handle customer concerns and objections in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a call centre environment, preferably within the insurance field.
  • High degree of patience, assertiveness, and excellent rapport-building skills.
  • Ability to positively contribute and lead in team activities.
  • Effective time management and a positive attitude.
  • Emotional intelligence and a team player.

Working Conditions:

  • Afternoon and night shifts - Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts).
  • Candidates are required to have fibre or live in a fibre-enabled area.
