We're looking for a Mid-Senior Level B2B Sales Executive to join our team at Car Wash Supreme. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving B2B client acquisition and optimizing performance across our existing sites.

About the Role
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to target and secure contracts with corporations, logistics companies, and rental agencies needing bulk carwash services.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned carwash sites, ensuring seamless execution of tasks such as staffing, equipment maintenance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Acquire New Clients: Identify and secure new corporate clients through partnerships with fleet managers, procurement officers, and facility managers.
  2. Operations Improvement: Implement cost-saving measures to optimize site operations and improve efficiency.
  3. Client Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with corporate clients to upsell services and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years in B2B sales and operations management.
  • Network: Established relationships with fleet managers, corporate procurement teams, or dealerships in South Africa.
