About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Energy at Work Projects. As a Customer Value Maximization Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through innovative value propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and Communicate Unique Value Propositions: Develop and communicate compelling value propositions that address the specific needs and aspirations of our customers.
  • Build Long-Lasting Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and aspirations.
  • Deliver Added Value: Focus on delivering added value to customers through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing innovative solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Meet Sales and Lead Conversion Targets: Achieve sales and lead conversion targets across consumer and business channels.
Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and strategic mindset to develop unique value propositions.
  • Passion for Customer Success: Passion for customer success and commitment to going above and beyond traditional sales approaches.
  • Education and Certifications: Matric, RE5, and minimum 120 FAIS credits required.
  • Technical Skills: MS Office knowledge, including basic or intermediate Excel skills.
