Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Value Proposition Strategist to join our team at Nedbank. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compelling Client Value Propositions (CVPs) that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CVPs
  • Lead the development process of CVPs from concept to execution
  • Monitor and measure the performance of implemented CVPs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Client Experience, Customer Value Propositions, and market insights
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CVPs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business or marketing
  • Professional certification in project management or customer experience
