About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Creative Marketer who excels in digital marketing trends, possesses a robust understanding of business development, and leverages LinkedIn engagement effectively. This role demands strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and leadership skills to guide our outreach team and develop impactful marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with client objectives across various sectors.
  • Market Analysis and Adaptation: Analyze market trends, adapt strategies to optimize engagement, and drive lead generation.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor the outreach team, providing guidance on the effective use of LinkedIn, email, and direct calls to engage prospects.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling industry-specific messages and content to capture attention and foster meaningful interactions.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and tailor marketing approaches accordingly.
  • Campaign Evaluation and Optimization: Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy/digital marketing, with a proven track record in audience development and lead generation.
  • Expertise in business development through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Strong ability to write and edit engaging content tailored to specific industries and audiences.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
