Job Overview

The Regional Office Claims Consultant is responsible for managing the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while adhering to policy terms and company standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversight of the entire claims process for personal and commercial insurance policies.
    • Documentation verification and collection.
    • Evaluation of claims for validity and settlement amounts.
    • Stakeholder coordination for efficient claims processing.
    • Compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Prompt client issue resolution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification; relevant insurance certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Detailed document management and data attention.
