Office Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the engineering team, including maintaining department records, handling mail and orders, managing schedules, and assisting with data capturing and invoicing.
Key Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in an administration role, preferably in an engineering company
- Matric certificate with good mathematics marks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and other software
- Excellent typing skills and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a professional demeanor
Additional Benefits:
