We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Professional to join our team at Tracker South Africa. As a Telephony Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients on the functionality and health of our Tracker units.

Key Tasks:
  • Deliver high-quality telephonic service to existing clients, ensuring a professional and efficient experience.
  • Address after installation product support related queries, including TomTom, Empower, Skygistics, and Skytrax inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients, branches, consultants, and fitment departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer and vehicle details in our database.
  • Communicate with the Cancellation department regarding cancellation requests from clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including report pulling, investigation, roaming, and login/reset passwords.
  • Provide feedback to internal and external customers on their experiences.
  • Create, allocate, and follow up on service requests in a timely manner.
  • Handle internal and external complaints telephonically and via email.
Required Qualifications:
  • A Matric/Grade 12 qualification is required.
  • You should possess computer skills, including MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Internet Explorer.
  • An understanding of telematics and telecommunications, specifically GSM and satellite communication, is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • You must be able to take ownership of tasks and queries.
  • Familiarity with Tracker TMS, CRM, CDS, Skytrax Web, and Skytrax Sales Support is crucial.
  • Previous call centre experience is preferred.
  • Initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach are essential qualities.
