The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO and other executive committee members.
  • Manage sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and screen incoming calls.
  • Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and manage calendars.
  • Represent the company in a positive light through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Expert level proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Degree in Public Relations or similar field.
