Personal Assistant Manager

HR Genie is seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant Manager to join our team. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO and other senior executives, providing high-level administrative support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO and other executive committee members.
- Manage sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and screen incoming calls.
- Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and manage calendars.
- Represent the company in a positive light through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Expert level proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Degree in Public Relations or similar field.
