We are seeking an experienced HRIS Officer to join our team at Progressive International. As an HRIS Officer, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate data management, and maintaining employee records.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing administrative support, preferably in a mining environment. You will be responsible for reviewing and auditing data on P300, ensuring capturing is as per company required standards for payroll processing and record keeping. Additionally, you will maintain employee files by collecting and filling all documents as per employee checklist, collaborate with the business unit team to meet requirements, and adhere to all relevant policies, processes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Review and audit data on P300, ensuring accurate capturing and compliance with company standards.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, including collection and filing of all necessary documents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the business unit team to meet requirements and ensure adherence to policies, processes, and standards.
  • Documentation: Process all documentation in accordance with relevant policies and procedures, ensuring required authorizations are obtained.
  • Training Administration: Assist with training administration tasks as needed.
  • Project Support: Provide assistance with various HR administrative projects as requested.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits on timesheets for payroll accuracy and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or Informatics Information Systems.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in providing administrative support, preferably in a mining environment.
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office and Excel.
  • Data management skills.
  • Proficiency in English written and spoken.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
