Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experiences through effective product demonstrations and staff oversight.
- Staff Management: Schedule and delegate tasks to employees, monitoring their performance to ensure optimal store operations.
- Store Efficiency: Maintain accurate bank balances and conduct regular cash-ups to ensure financial integrity.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to inform business decisions.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong customer relationships and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Collaboration: Develop effective relationships with various departments within the group.
- Experience: At least 5 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Sage Evolution.
- Education: Grade 12/Matric.
