Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experiences through effective product demonstrations and staff oversight.

  • Store Efficiency: Maintain accurate bank balances and conduct regular cash-ups to ensure financial integrity.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong customer relationships and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Develop effective relationships with various departments within the group.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Sage Evolution.
  • Education: Grade 12/Matric.
