Junior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Business Development Manager to join our team at Sydsen in the Gauteng Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, understand their needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Develop and maintain effective communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a formal qualification in sales or business an added benefit.
  • Experience: Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Vehicle Sales Executive, or a relevant role is non-negotiable.
  • Sales Track Record: Proven sales track record is a MUST.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and negotiate successfully.
