Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Salesworx. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Radiology Healthcare Market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: University degree in Business Administration, Medical Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with good working knowledge of local language(s).
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of customer acquisition and account management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset.
