About the Role

Tych Business Solutions is seeking a talented Inbound Travel Consultant to assist in designing tour packages, negotiating rates, and converting inquiries into bookings profitably. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Inbound Tourism sector and excellent product knowledge.

Main Tasks:
  • Negotiate and contract rates for tour packages.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.

Key Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of experience in the Inbound Tourism sector.
  2. Excellent product knowledge and negotiation skills.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to work effectively in a team environment.
