Responsibilities

This role involves assisting the marketing team at City Sightseeing South Africa, focusing on setting up the product range and ensuring best possible rates for families and luxury safari stays.

You will also set up social platforms with the digital social media coordinator, update the website, add packages to Safaribookings.com, and implement itinerary customizable builder software.

Your tasks include creating guides, checking real-time availability systems, and examining other domains.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

This position requires managing products in line with the Manager, including supplier meetings, online product management, contracting, and offers such as honeymoons and special deals.

You will oversee familiarization trips, handle operations, build itineraries, keep websites and online portals updated, and assist in preparing reports.

In addition, you will support by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, and supplier account analyses, design monthly newsletters, assist with API links, and maintain suppliers' figures/stats and website stats.
