Your Role:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to design and cost itineraries for luxury travel experiences
  • Liaise with internal clients and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Sell Southern Africa travel packages to new enquiries and build strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure efficient and profitable operations, maintaining a high level of product knowledge across the luxury market
  • Provide exceptional client and guest relationship management, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Southern Africa Inbound Tour Operating (preferably with 5 years' Southern Africa expertise)
  • Strong CRM & Operating systems experience, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Proven travel sales experience – direct to internal business client, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Excellent supplier communications and booking experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain product knowledge, innovation, and development skills
  • E-marketing and Social Media exposure an advantage
