**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced BDR (Business Development Representative) to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through various channels, qualifying potential customers, and setting appointments for our sales team.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound leads and manage outbound lead generation.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect information.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation.
**Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in a BDR/SDR role.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- No fear of making 150+ dials per day.
- US work hours (EST) preferred.

**What We Offer:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
