Business Development Representative

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly ambitious and self-motivated Business Development Representative to drive ticketing growth by finding and engaging with new client prospects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our growth and success. As a Business Development Representative, you'll work closely with our Marketing team to develop sales campaigns and propositions, and collaborate with our Sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead-sourcing and qualification across different verticals and event-types.
- First point of contact for incoming prospects.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales campaigns and propositions.
- Support client account administration, pitch preparation, and demos.
- Attend client meetings with members of the Sales team.
- Ability to multi-task with excellent organization and planning skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to spot/create opportunities.
- Excellent process and communication skills.
- Go-getting attitude – you're ambitious and believe you get out what you put in.
- Self-starters. You'll get trained, and you're part of a team, but we're moving fast, and we need people who can think for themselves.
- You must have the right to work in South Africa.
