Business Development Representative

Lula is a FinTech company that helps small businesses optimize their cash flow. We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing Business Development Team.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an end-to-end sales process to attract, onboard, and nurture partners for one of Lula's latest innovative products, Lulapay.
Lulapay partners with B2B distributors and suppliers to offer flexible terms to their customers on invoices and statements. You will be the driving force in helping Lulapay scale quickly and successfully through partnerships.
Responsibilities will include:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the Lulapay product and operational processes.
- Investigate and pinpoint key industries and markets suitable for targeting.
- Establish and manage a continuous flow of potential leads.
- Initiate outreach efforts through cold calling, emailing, and networking to effectively recruit and onboard partners.
- Cultivate strong relationships to foster growth with each partner.
- Deliver regular feedback internally to support ongoing enhancement of the Lulapay product.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within complex tech sales.
- Ability to conduct successful industry and market research.
- Experience in generating leads through manual and automated means.
- Proof of successful track record of cold calling and various other outreach methods.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to work independently.
