Business Development Manager

Primeserv Denverdraft is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new business relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build a strong client base.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a real-time sales pipeline supported by comprehensive and accurate reports, and maximize selling time with detailed planning of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills, and achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Five years of new business development management/sales experience and a proven strong sales track record within the TES industry.
  • Skills: Strong networking skills, a professional personal image, and the ability to converse at all levels (fluent in English and Afrikaans).
  • Education: Tertiary qualification is an advantage, and a Matric or relevant qualification is required.
