Virtual Sales Account Manager

The Virtual Sales Account Manager is a key role within CallForce, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic customer relationships and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-user organizations to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Utilize knowledge of the region and install base to identify commercial opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to prioritize internal and external resources and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Position end-to-end solutions to end customers to take total ownership of the install base and reflect the true value of the client's business value proposition.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a fast-moving sales environment.
  • Advanced customer relationship skills with a proven sales record.
  • Strong sales skills, including account planning, cold calling, SWOT analysis, up-selling, cross-selling, and forecast accuracy.
  • Objective-oriented, with a consistent achievement of sales quotas and forecasted revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, business acumen, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with field sales, partners, technical, and operational resources to create sales strategies and execute goals.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
