About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively managing existing customers, building and nurturing relationships within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve target growth by expanding existing accounts with new products and services that add value to the customer, increasing revenue, and ensuring allocated clients are renewed.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with all customers in the territory, virtually and in person.
  • Develop an annual territory strategic plan for all customers in the designated territory.
  • Effectively manage pipeline and accurate forecasting of multiple sales opportunities, managing progress through the sale stages, and structuring, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Provide customer insights and customer analysis as required, recording all interactions with clients on the CRM.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in account management or relationship management, ideally within the legal, SAAS, compliance, risk, or software services sales industries.
  • Good relationship management/account management experience, with the ability to manage territory and stakeholders at an executive level, nurturing relationships at a strategic level.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to negotiate and present face-to-face and online.
  • Able to work in a quota-bearing sales environment, with a consistent track record of success.
