Virtual Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales Account Manager to join our team at Callforce Direct. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and satisfaction by building direct relationships with end-user organizations and leveraging our Business resources to maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to drive the sales process from demand generation to opportunity closure.
  • Market Analysis: Utilize knowledge of the region and install base to identify commercial opportunities and run sales campaigns and promotions in accordance with our sales strategy.
  • Customer Strategy: Develop customer strategies that identify customer needs and solutions to enable revenue growth for our business.
  • Territory & Account Planning: Prioritize internal and external resources and execute plans to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Solution Selling: Position end-to-end solutions to end customers to take total ownership of the install base and reflect the true value of our Business value proposition.
  • Support: Provide first-level support and escalate second- and third-level support to client services.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a Teleco environment.
  • Advanced customer relationship skills with a proven sales record.
  • Strong sales skills: account planning, cold calling, SWOT analysis, up-selling, cross-selling, forecast accuracy.
  • Objective-oriented with consistent achievement of sales quotas and forecasted revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, business acumen, and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with field sales, partners, technical, and operational resources to create sales strategies and execute goals.
  • Strong relationship building, account planning, and process competence skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines.
