Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Administrator to join our Shared Services team on a fixed-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office administration, including stationery and office equipment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process transactions, remittances, and collections in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage cash daily reporting, payments, store finance, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure lease agreement payments are made in accordance with the agreement.
  • Produce sales analysis reports and ensure IFRS updates are completed.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of subordinates.
  • Ensure corporate governance and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Complete all financial reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 Accounting Diploma (3-year qualification)
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Relevant system knowledge
