Job Title: Guest Liaison

Join our team as a Guest Liaison at AccorHotel, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Liaison to join our Front Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest requests, and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Assist with guest billing and accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English, including written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Property Management Systems, such as Opera Cloud and Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Basic reservations knowledge is beneficial.
