Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Liaison to join our Front Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest requests, and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a warm and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Assist with guest billing and accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Proficiency in English, including written and verbal communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Property Management Systems, such as Opera Cloud and Office Suite.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Basic reservations knowledge is beneficial.
