Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Office Coordinator Specialist to join our client in Somerset West. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Guests: Greet visitors and clients with a smile, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Maintaining Centre Standards: Ensure the centre is always clean, tidy, and well-maintained, reflecting positively on our client.
  • Supporting Daily Operations: Assist with move-ins, onboarding, and daily operations, demonstrating your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth departures, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.
  • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including light cleaning, mail delivery, package handling, meeting room setup, and other duties as required.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel between the Somerset and Stellenbosch branches as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and own transport are essential for this role.
  • At least 2-3 years of Front of House experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • You must have a strong customer service background, with experience in operations and sales.
  • A proactive, customer-first attitude is essential for this role.
  • A Matric certificate is required.

Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
