As the ultimate point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and needs are met through seamless communication and liaison with all departments. Your ability to anticipate and cater to their requirements will set us apart from other hotels.
In this key role, you will also serve as the Senior Manager and point of contact at the hotel in the absence of the General Managers, ensuring that all decisions prioritize the company's interest while maintaining utmost importance on guest and staff safety. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring health and safety throughout the hotel, guiding site inspections, and promoting the TRP Culture.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury 5-star establishment, with a strong background in Room Division, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, or Hotel Management. A Diploma in Hospitality is essential, along with proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills. International language skills and knowledge of systems like Micros (POS), Opera (PMS), and Microsoft Office are highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of R850,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
