Regional Business Development Head

Are you ready for a new career challenge in the Glass recycling industry? Our client, Isilumko Staffing (JHB), is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Development Head to join their team in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and business development
  • Increase glass collection and cullet recoveries
  • Reach monthly targets and drive sales growth
  • Conduct site visits and client retention activities
  • Source new clients and entrepreneurs
  • Liaise with municipalities, NGOs, and local government
  • Coordinate the placement and transport of glass banks
  • Draft and submit monthly reports
  • Manage loan arrangements and track glass banks performance
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate
  • Tertiary qualification is a plus
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the recycling industry is a plus
  • Excellent English communication and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation and decision-making skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
