Job Description

The South African College of Applied Psychology is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the KwaZulu-Natal campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the switchboard, distributing messages, screening and directing calls to relevant staff members, and maintaining up-to-date lists of staff contact details.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area in a professional and courteous manner
  • Distribute incoming mail and messages to relevant staff members
  • Screen and direct all calls to relevant staff members
  • Maintain accurate records of staff contact details and update them regularly
  • Provide administrative support to the operations coordinator/manager as needed
Requirements
  • National Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) and experience with office administration software
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a medium-sized enterprise
Estimated Salary

R300,000 - R350,000 per annum
